What we won't do

No per-cover fees

You don't pay more because your restaurant is busy. The platform fee is the platform fee, regardless of order volume.

No per-API-call surcharges

Integrators and developers connect to Fooodo without metered surprise costs. Reasonable usage is included.

No data lock-in

Your menu, your orders, your customers — exportable in standard formats at any time. Your data is never held hostage.

No pricing for features you don't use

Insights is bought separately from the operating layer. POS connectors are scoped per-integration. Enable what you need.

What we factor into a quote

  • Number of restaurant locations and how many you're rolling out in year one
  • Which modules are in scope — guest experience (menu, ordering, payments, tips, donations), operations (admin, reports), growth (loyalty, coupons, cross-sell)
  • POS integration — R-Keeper is live; other POS connectors are scoped per-customer (we'll quote a connector if you need one)
  • Payment provider — Mollie is the default; we work with alternatives by case
  • Whether you're adding Fooodo Insights — chain-level decision intelligence is priced separately and only makes sense at five locations and above
